Keeping your samples safe is our number one concern: Taking precautions against coronavirus
On behalf of the entire Brooks family, we want to assure you that in times of uncertainty, the safety and protection of your valuable samples remains our top priority.
To minimize risk of infection, we have implemented stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols at all sites. Employees have been advised not to come to work if they are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus. To date, no cases have been reported for Brooks employees or their families.
Outside visits to all our locations have been restricted to minimize exposure risk, and any visitors who have traveled through China, Iran, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed on site.
In our biorepositories, liquid nitrogen and dry ice supplies are robust as we work with our suppliers to ensure no disruption to supply.
Last, we are working closely with our carriers to understand potential risks and their plans to ensure services are maintained. To date, we have not experienced any service interruptions or delays with respect to sample logistic and all inbound shipments, outbound shipments, and sample discard activities are operating as normal.
